The coach WILL leave on time and anyone who is not on board, will be left behind to make their own travel arrangement to the airport. Due to the early nature of our departure, we are aware that some parents may find it difficult to drop off their children, therefore, we have made provisions to keep the Marner Centre open from 08.30 P.M on the evening of Friday 15th July 2011 so that you may bring your child with their luggage and other items that they will need. Our centre has provisions for a range of activities that your child can take part in and we will provide light refreshments. Transfer from Gothenburg to our accommodation will be by pre arranged bus.

All passengers are entitled to carry one piece of hand luggage on to the plane which is should be a maximum volume of

56 x 45 x 25. These should only contain essential items of clothing. Please ensure that any items of toiletries or liquids packed in the hand luggage are no more than 100ml. Items that are above the 100ml limit should be put in a separate carrier bag. Bromley By Bow FC will provide large sports bag which will be checked in at the airport. This will save space in passenger’s hand luggage by allowing all football items to be packed together such as boots / shin pads / socks / kits / balls and liquid items that are above 100ml.

All players will be staying and sleeping at school accommodation. The group will all be kept together at all times and Mattresses will be provided. Breakfast / Lunch and Dinner will be provided but we will also advise parents to provide additional pocket money should they prefer to eat out.

There will be 8 supervising adults travelling with the group of players to ensure maximum safety. All travelling staff are CRB checked, 4 of which are qualified First Aiders. In the unlikely event of any injuries caused as a result of their participation in this tournament, adequate insurance is in place to cover basic treatment whilst abroad.

Players will be reminded that they will be representing Bromley By Bow FC throughout the duration of the trip and will have to follow strict instructions to ensure their own safety and well being. Their behaviour both on and off the pitch will be of paramount importance. Anyone found guilty of gross misconduct which reflects badly on this club will not take any further part in this tournament and be accompanied home immediately. We would like to ask, as parents to please remind your child of their behaviour and their responsibilities too.

Bromley By Bow Community Organisation will not be held responsible for any criminal charges brought by the local law enforcements as a result of individuals behaviour. We will provide support where possible but in such scenario which we believe is extremely unlikely, we will contact parents who will be required to make arrangements to travel to Gothenburg.

We have requested photo copies of all passports so if you have not provided this yet, please do so A.S.A.P so that we can ensure that we have all the correct information according to the flight details.
