As a voluntary grass roots organisation, deeply embedded within our hyper-local community, we are trusted by residents who face multiple barriers to accessing services. The residents of Coventry Cross Estate, have been further marginalised since the pandemic as a result of the increasingly ‘digital by default’ environment. Their inability to use on-line services is compounding the negative impact of the current cost-of-living crisis. We have “BBBCO Community Savers” that will help you with the “digital know-how” i.e., how to help fill out forms; apply for eligible benefits; request support from local services; set up online shopping accounts/comparison sites; avoid scams via emails and SMS; plus, budget efficiently and manage family finances. Helping the residents adapt to the post-covid environment.

We are in the Marner Centre E3 3LL to provide help and support Every Monday and Wednesday from 26th June 2023 to Wednesday September 4th 2023. Also we will have the community savers doing door to door enquires for any help and support needed, so feel free to re4ach out for any support outlined above.
